Hello,
Austerity will get a core update to take care of the IE issues. The theme will come in 2 separate packages and a file with what got replaced and where. So, if you modified the theme dont worry you will have instructions on what to add or replace.

hi i was about to post about this as i have just setup http://www.alivelife.com.au/perthupmarket (which will become http://www.perthupmarket.com.au)
my client (and a majority of there viewer) use ie8 and currently a script error occurs which prevents the slidshow and the featured blog scroller from being viewed correctly.
will this update fix these issues?

Hi,
still wating for the long promised update... bugs I experienced with IE:
- slideshow is not working
- portfolio sliders don't work
- "Austerity Recent Posts"-Widget is disrupted
Looking foreward to the update and the instructions on how these issues can be fixed...

i know you are under the pump to get this sorted, but my client is holding off on going live until the script errors are no longer showing in IE8
could you give some idication of when we may expect the fixes...
my client would be most appreciative of some time frame - even if somewhat hypothetical.
